Join Kelly in the Salt Room at Revive for this Yin Yoga class. This is a slow-paced, therapeutic style done with passive postures, in search of stillness within each pose. The goal is to access the deeper tissues of your body, such as connective tissue and fascia. Each class allows your body to drop down into the parasympathetic nervous system, offering a grounding, and calming practice, with profound energetic and emotional effects.
