“LOVED IT! It's a very clean and a welcoming place. I love being able to kick up my feet, cuddle in a soft blanket, look at the beautiful salt wall and listen to calming music. Breathing in the halo therapy helped. It really forced me to be present, and to let go of all the stress. I actually was able to take a nap! When I left, I felt so happy, centered, and relaxed. I noticed deeper and more relaxed breathing after I left. The effect lasted long after a session. I also did 2 Yoga classes. One on a Thursday night and one on a Weds afternoon. Both were different than one another and I felt wonderful after both. I plan on going weekly from now on! I'm telling everyone to go.”
